効果的な写真の使い方
飲食店の折込チラシの依頼を受けて、使用する画像をいただいた。これがまた、とんでもなく食欲をそそらない代物で、とりあえず「あっちゃ〜っ」と思った。申し訳ないけど、1260円払ってまで食べたくないなぁ。
フォトショップで加工をすればよくなるレベルでもなさそうだ。抜群な安さをうたったチラシなら、なんとかこの画像でも集客効果はあると思うけど、1260円という値段じゃあ、つらいなぁ。
さぁ、こんな時こそデザイナーの腕の見せどころ。
発想の転換だ。商品がダイエット御膳という事もあり、「食べたいなぁ」から「なりたいなぁ」にしてみよう。
1260円払って手に入れたいと思わせるイメージを全面に押し出しみる事に決定。
もしチラシに写真を使用するなら、効果的に使用できるシチュエーションを考えてみるといいかもしれない。

その目的によって考えるということですね。

そう、写真ってほんと難しいね。
デジカメの普及で、お客さんが撮った写真を
メールでいただく事も多いんだけど、
これがまたデザイナー泣かせ・・・。
広告として使用する事を考えたら、ピントはもちろんの事、
やっぱ背景までも気をつかってほしいところなんですね。
例えば旅行に行って「おっ、いいねぇ〜、1枚いただき」って
ばしゃばしゃ撮ったりするのもすっごい気持ちいいけど、
「これは絶対おさえてやる」って気合いの1枚を撮るのも、
けっこう緊張感があっていいかも！？

そうですね。
旅行したとき、いいショットを撮りたい、と考えるとついついカメラのことばかり気にしてしまいますね。
前までは、パシャパシャ撮っていましたが、最近はあとで見たときのことも考えて撮るようにしています。
